PERSONAL TRAINING (ALL AGES)

When it comes to training, there are no shortcuts but there is no doubt that this high-end personal training program is the most direct path to elite performance.

We understand what it takes for an athlete to reach their potential in a specific sport and can  help you turn your "potential abilities" into "actual abilities."

Our instruction puts an emphasis on an athlete's individual needs, desired goals, and is taught within a competitive and focused environment.

At this level, our expert coaches:

  • Build on an athlete's physical foundation and develop his or her athletic abilities even further.
  • Begin to work with our athletes to individualize strength training, based on their abilities and specific goals.
  • Continue to help an athlete refine his or her skills, in order for them to maximize their strength, anaerobic and/or sport specific training.

JUMPSTART (AGES 7-10)

You can’t build a house without a foundation.

COMING SOON: This program launches September 8th. Classes will be offered Monday through Thursday at 4pm and Saturday mornings.

Our Jump Start Program, for ages 7-10, begins laying the groundwork for athletes to obtain their goals, both on and off the field.

Science has proven that ages 7 to 10 are the most critical years in a child’s life for motor skill development. Our Jump Start Program utilizes the most up to date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation, coordination and self-esteem in a fun and friendly environment.

By helping an athlete improve their overall level of fitness, we are helping increase what is most important - their self- esteem and confidence.

GROUP CLASSES (10+)

Where Young Athletes Learn to Move Like Pros.

Many experts view the teenage years as the most ideal age for developing speed, strength and power over an athlete’s entire lifetime.

As an official Parisi Speed School affiliate we use their signature speed and strength training methods, our cutting-edge coaching techniques and the most up-to-date research, in order to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance.

During our classes, programming is broken down into an individual focus per session:

* Linear Speed: Parisi’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.

* Multi-Directional Speed: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.

* Upper and Lower Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.

Whether your child is a multi-sport athlete or just starting their fitness journey, our training translates across all sports—and beyond.

TEAM TRAINING (ALL AGES)

Our team training system consists of FOUR fundamental and essential elements aimed at improving your athletes' game day performance, reducing their chance of injury, boosting their confidence and bolstering team unity:

  1. Active Dynamic Warm-Up. Focuses on specific exercises and choreographed maneuvers during dynamic muscular movement to increase body core temperature and blood flow.
  2. Movement Skills Method. This phase is focused on the four areas important to a strong and powerful foundation: deceleration, acceleration, change of direction and maximum speed.
  3. Strength & Power Development. Also focused on four areas, this phase targets the muscular and nervous systems in order to create strength, power and stabilization throughout the body.
  4. Total Conditioning. The final phase is focused on athletes who want to reach an athletic potential that they may not be aware exists within themselves by extending a lot of power over extended periods of time.
