Our Jump Start Program, for ages 7-10, begins laying the groundwork for athletes to obtain their goals, both on and off the field.
Science has proven that ages 7 to 10 are the most critical years in a child’s life for motor skill development. Our Jump Start Program utilizes the most up to date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation, coordination and self-esteem in a fun and friendly environment.
